It rained so much that we were constantly shuffling animals from place to place and shelter to shelter trying to keep them dry enough to shear. Once in the barn though everything ran like clockwork. What a great team.
So you found a way to get out of work. I don't think that will work every year. I'm so glad all went well. How's the little boy who was born in the rain and who's baby is he? Does that make 4 boys & 3 girls or 5 boys & 4 girls. I've lost count. Page
He has done really well. We call him Rowdy. He doesn't know he is the smallest alpaca in the herd. Except for Catamarca who is due in Sept. we ended up with 5 girls and 4 boys.
Tandy and Bob live in the high desert of N.E. Nevada near Elko.
We work with our alpacas in the Camelidynamics way.
We raise Alpacas and ornamental Koi. We work with our alpacas in the Camelidynamics way.We have eight assorted house and barn cats, four Great Pyrenees dogs, a mini Australian Shepard, forty plus alpacas, and we're not sure how many koi.
The other way of saying this is that we have a pack of dogs, a pride of cats,a herd of alpacas, and a school of fish.
Whew!It's true adventure
